Summer Internship Program
BKM Capital Partners is a growing private equity real estate firm, looking for driven, entrepreneurial individuals who are eager to learn, contribute, and gain meaningful experience within a vertically integrated private equity real estate investment platform. Located in our Newport Beach, California office, BKM’s Summer Internship Program provides undergraduate students with hands-on experience, exposure to multiple areas of the business, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on active projects and initiatives.
Interns will be assigned to a primary department based on their interests, academic background, experience, interview discussions, and BKM’s business needs. Specific responsibilities and projects will be established through the selection and onboarding process, allowing each intern’s experience to be tailored to both the individual and the needs of the organization. While interns will have a primary area of focus, the program is designed to provide broader exposure to BKM’s platform through cross-functional projects, meetings, mentorship, and interaction with professionals across the firm.
This is not a summer spent on the sidelines. Interns will be expected to contribute to meaningful work, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, ask thoughtful questions, and actively participate as members of their respective teams.
The program is a paid, full-time internship typically lasting 8 to 10 weeks during the summer, with flexible start and end dates based on academic schedules and business needs.
The internship is 100% in-office due to the collaborative nature of the program.
