BKM’s Investor Relations team is looking for a detail-oriented intern to support a CRM update project ahead of our next fund raise. You'll research institutional real estate investors and add key decision-makers to our CRM, helping our investor relations team build a complete, accurate database for outreach.

Responsibilities

• Research target real estate firms and identify the Chief Investment Officer and relevant real estate investment team members
• Add new contacts to HubSpot with accurate name, title, email, phone, and company details
• Check for existing records before adding contacts to prevent duplicates
• Link each contact to the correct company record in HubSpot
• Help with a final data cleanup pass (duplicates, missing fields, unassigned records)
• Track progress and flag questions or incomplete information to the team

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate, ideally in finance, real estate, business, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, high-accuracy data entry
• Solid research skills using LinkedIn, company websites, and industry databases
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
• HubSpot or other CRM experience is a plus, but we'll provide training
• Interest in real estate, investment management, or capital markets is a plus
